Here are a couple of nice tips to keep in mind in case you run into Client Login problems. If you have any more to add to the line-up, don't hesitate to send them our way.
We had a problem with Novell Client V3.21. It would not hold the last username in the Novell Client box. It held on to the username of the first person that logged on when the client V3.21 was loaded.
SOLUTION: Load Client 33.
We have found that fixes the problem. You can lay over the client v3.21 with Client 33.

With Client 4.83 we had a problem keeping the User ID in the Client box after one of the admins would login and out of the workstation.
SOLUTION: While working on the machine,
- Go to Novell Client For Windows Properties.
- Click on Location Properties.
- Choose Login Service as your service, then click Properties.
- Choose the Credentials tab and put the Novell Client user's ID there and likewise on the Windows tab.
So now when the user logs in he will see his user name, not the admin's, and will be able to log on the network with no questions or problems.
