With DLU for a student lab all accounts are volatile, so when a new user logs in and wants to use Internet Explorer, they are always presented with the Internet Connection Wizard to go through. Annoying, and time consuming.
SOLUTION: To prevent the ICW showing up on the desktop when a 'new' user logs in, delete the RunOnce key "^SetupICWDesktop" of the default user ('All Users' directory) in NTUSER.DAT
