We had a problem setting up a Windows XP Pro workstation to keep the proxy settings in Internet Explorer using ZENworks policies. Every time a user would log-in, you would have to set the proxy for that particular user.
SOLUTION: Our solution was solved when we found an adm file just for setting the proxy in IE. We found the file at www.i386.com. Now whenever a user logs-in the proxy is set in the policy so if it's tampered with there's no worry for the next user. We also set it up so that each user is removed from the XP machine when logging off to minimize other problems we encountered.
