Here's a nifty little free tool that you can use for your mobile workers. It's already gotten high marks, and it was only posted a few days ago.
You specify the folders, then the app will check timestamps on all files and copy only the newer files. Very handy for quickly copying user data to a home directory without fear of overwriting data.
