If it ain't broke, don't fix it. On the other hand, if it is broke, in some very specific ways, you'll want to hasten right out and apply this patch.
This patch has updates post ZfD4SP1b/ZfD4.0.1 that passed limited validation testing. These updates are not considered "Minimum Patches" and do not need to be applied unless the symptoms described in the "Issue" section apply to your environment.
