In "Ask the Experts" recently, Wayne H. wrote: "We have a couple of .exes that we don't want users to be able to run."
A while back here in Cool Solutions, you featured a free utility called Program Killer (progkill), which filled this need beautifully. Please pass this answer along to Wayne H; maybe he can't upgrade to ZfD4 right now, but he can use Program Killer today.
