We needed to make sure all 450 of our machines are logged into when we deliver updates. In the normal course of school, this might not happen for several days.
Because this might not happen for several days, we created a CSI team of students from all grades in our K-8 school. Each student is responsible for logging into five machines and making sure that the ZEN package delivers. Since we started this last year, it has worked quite well in helping up to keep all of our machines working. In addition to making sure the packages deliver, they can let us know right away if there is a problem with a machine so we can get it back working pronto!
