We are using the custom.ini file described here in the ZENworks for Desktops 4.01 Administration Guide. In order to make sure the file doesn't accidentally get deleted, and to allow us to make changes without visiting the workstation, we keep a copy on the server and have a task that updates both the workstation and the server file to the values in the one with the newest date.
