Want to build a automated access to the Helpdesk from the client?
SOLUTION: In ZENworks 6.5 there is a new option to request a remote session from the client to someone who has a C1 running. This option can be used to give a user simple access to the helpdesk.
Use a DNS-entry, e.g. UserHelpdesk, with roundrobin and every request will be "loadbalanced" between the helpdesk desktops.
This can be made varied, using different DNS entries e.g. UserHelpdeskHardware, UserhelpdeskSoftware,..... that can also use roundrobin if needed.
