ZENworks for Desktops group policy settings sometimes remain on workstations even when 'settings remain on logout' is not checked.
Simple fix: create a new group policy with no settings applied. Apply this policy to users who require no lockdown settings on the workstation. This will 'force' the sticking settings to unlock as a whole new blank policy is applied.
This is handy for older clients where this was an issue and for admin users who require full access.
