When I installed Account Management 2.1 for Windows 2000 and Active Directory and was adding a second domain controller, I found out that when you use the Novell DNS server, you must manually add an SRV resource record to let this all work.
TID 10061330 and also Q241515 (Microsoft Knowledge base) were very good to solve the problems when you are adding a second domain controller in the network.
