Legacy name retrieval functions which are based on RIP/SAP protocols usually fail in pure IP or mixed IPX/IP environment.
Recently new name retrieval functions have been added to the SDK/NDK:
- NWGetObjectNameBeginA(),NWGetObjectNamesNextA()
- NWGetObjectNamesEndA()
These easy-to-use functions can be used to retrieve names of DS trees or servers in pure IP or mixed IPX/IP environment.
