If you've been searching for the latest FIXLOC utility (The utility that is used to move DNS Locator objects as well as all their "pointers") and keep finding references to outdated versions, here's the scoop.
The FIXLOC functionality is now a switch on the DNIPINST. (DNIPINST.NLM is a backup method of extending the schema and creating the DNS/DHCP Locator and Group objects and the RootSrvrInfo zone.) To get at the functionality, load DNIPINST -F and it will fix/repair the 2 default DNS/DHCP objects.
