Turning off Chat in Virtual Office

PROBLEM: Our policies say no chat. Virtual Office has chat included. The managers said it's a great product but we can't have the chat.
Solution
- First remove the com.novell.nps.gadgets.chat.ChatGadget folder located at: \\{virtual office server}\SYS\tomcat\4\webapps\nps\portal\gadgets\
- Then using ConsoleOne modify the properties of the pco object located in the Extend container.
- Select the 'other' tab on the pco object.
- Under Attributes, expand 'bhObjectList'.
- Find 'Chat.Extend.{Organization}', and delete the attribute.
- Restart Tomcat4 on the Virtual Office Server.
