Here's a tip that could help you get things back up and running after you change ISPs.
We had a customer whose Client-to-Site VPN failed after they reconfigured IP addresses for a new ISP. When running VPNCFG, they used a secondary IP address for the VPN.
VPN didn't work at all because they had neglected to add the secondary IP address. Once that was done, the client-to-site VPN would work, but only when the client was not behind NAT.
We reconfigured the VPN to use the server's primary address, and then they could successfully connect from behind NAT.
