When you go to Lotus Domino 6.0.2, you must specify the each user's MailServer attribute as a fully typed and distinguished name. For example: CN=SERVER1,O=MYCOMPANY.
In Notes 5.x, you could either give this value as a relative name (i.e. SERVER1), or as an untyped fully-qualified name (i.e. SERVER1/MYCOMPANY), but in 6.0.2 - the user can not receive email nor can they be deleted successfully (by the admin process) unless they have the fully typed/qualified mail server name in place.
