When you enable logging within the SecureLogin settings, only successful status messages are delivered to the log file. To instruct SecureLogin to output debug information to the log file, specific registry keys must be configured.
The location of the created log files is different depending on the version of SecureLogin you are using. The released version of SecureLogin 3.51.004 and all older versions will place the log file in the root of the boot drive. For example c:\. The name of the file is ssodebug.txt. Starting with SecureLogin update 3.51.005 the placement of the log files is C:\Documents and Settings\<USERNAME>\Application Data\SecureLogin\Logs. Where USERNAME is the name of the local user on the workstation.
