User Tip: If you have multiple e-mail accounts, you can set up NetMail to retrieve messages from your other accounts. You can proxy up to three e-mail accounts.

To configure the Proxy feature, follow the steps below:

WebAccess Template Instructions

  1. Click on the Options icon ()

  2. Select Proxy Setting.


  3. In the Host Name field, provide the actual name of your service provider's POP or IMAP server.
  4. Provide the username and password for the e-mail account.
  5. From the Type drop-down list, select either IMAP or POP3.
  6. If you want copies of your messages left in the original mailbox, mark Leave on Server.
  7. Click Save to save the changes.

  1. Click Preferences
  2. Scroll down to the Proxy Configuration section.
  3. In the Host Name field, provide the actual name of your service provider's POP or IMAP server.
  4. Provide the username and password for the e-mail account.
  5. From the Type drop-down list, select either IMAP or POP3.
  6. If you want copies of your messages left in the original mailbox, mark Leave on Server.
  7. Click Apply to save your sent folder settings.
