User Tip: If you have multiple e-mail accounts, you can set up NetMail to retrieve messages from your other accounts. You can proxy up to three e-mail accounts.
To configure the Proxy feature, follow the steps below:
WebAccess Template Instructions
- Click on the Options icon (
) - Select Proxy Setting.
- In the Host Name field, provide the actual name of your service provider's POP or IMAP server.
- Provide the username and password for the e-mail account.
- From the Type drop-down list, select either IMAP or POP3.
- If you want copies of your messages left in the original mailbox, mark Leave on Server.
- Click Save to save the changes.

- Scroll down to the Proxy Configuration section.
- In the Host Name field, provide the actual name of your service provider's POP or IMAP server.
- Provide the username and password for the e-mail account.
- From the Type drop-down list, select either IMAP or POP3.
- If you want copies of your messages left in the original mailbox, mark Leave on Server.
- Click Apply to save your sent folder settings.
