If you keep a stash of special addresses in a personal address book, you used to be able to blame GroupWise for your selfishness. But with 5.5, youve got the power to share. Address books that is. And easily. Just open the Address Book, then click the tab of the address book you want to share. Click File, Sharing. Select Shared With, then start listing the names of the lucky recipients. You can even specify some access rights (its still your book, after all). When you add or delete names to or from the book, others see the changes. People youve empowered can also add or delete names. People youve disenfranchised cannot. Its like America. Only youre in charge here.
