You no longer have to feel boxed in by a simple Yes or No. GroupWise 5.5 lets you say Maybe. When you accept appointments, try Accept With Options. Now you can choose between Free, Tentative, Busy, or Out of the Office. That means when somebody Busy Searches (yes, we used Busy Search as a transitive verb) you, they’ll see just how you feel about the appointments on your Calendar. Free means stuff only shows on your Calendar, not in the Busy Search window. Tentative means, well, tentative. In fact, they all mean just what they say. The point is, you get to choose.
