Sometimes the coolest GroupWise features are also some of the least visible. Auto-Dates are like that. Did you know you can easily schedule recurring events far into the future with just a few clicks? You can even schedule irregular events (like holidays) with, you guessed it, just a few clicks. Open the kind of event you want, like an appointment, task, or note. Click Actions, Auto-Date. On the Dates tab you can just click all the dates you want for your special event. Or, click the Example tab where you can get creative and schedule events for, oh, say the second Thursday of each month. Just don’t click the Formula tab. It’s dark and horrible in there, and we wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
