Have you ever had to send a copy of your calendar to someone? Or have someone send it to you? What's the easiest way? You could print your calendar and fax it, save your calendar window as a bitmap and e-mail it, or type your agenda and e-mail the document. There's got to be a better way, right? Right. Here's how to print your calendar to a text file:
1. Click File, Print Calendar, then choose Text from the Calendar Type drop-down list.
2. Click the Text Options tab, Print to File, Print.
3. Type a file name then click Save.
Your calendar, safely ensconced in a text file, is yours to do with what you will. Give it to someone on a disk, e-mail it as an attachment, even spruce it up a little in WordPerfect. It's not the most high-tech solution and you won't impress anyone, but if you want people to know where you are, it gets the job done. If, on the other hand, you don't want someone looking over your shoulder, forget we mentioned it.
