This week's tip comes courtesy of Barbara B., who noticed that we failed to mention an alternative when we told a user that GW 5.2 doesn't contain a "does not contain" operator in the Rules dialog box. "Ahhh," says Barbara B. "While 5.2 does, indeed, not contain a "does not contain" operator, you can, you can use an exclamation point (!) which acts as a "does not contain" operator. For example, you could have a rule say CONTAINS "!for sale," which means Does Not Contain "for sale."
Barbara, you saved us. We've used the exclamation point before, yet inexplicably failed to mention it in our answer. Thanks for bailing us out.
