I created a batch file so that it was easier for myself and my building techs to install the necessary ConsoleOne GroupWise snapins on a local computer. This works for when installing the snapins for the first time, or when you need to update the snapins due to a service pack.
- ConsoleOne is already installed on your local machine, and installed in the default location on the C drive.
Not sure if this will work for non-english installations, but it should be able to be easily modified so that it does.
The process is as follows:
- Copy the C1ADMIN folder from the ADMIN folder of your SDD (or GroupWise cd) to the root of your C drive.
- Place my snapins.bat file at the root of your C drive.
- Double-click on the snapins.bat file to install the snapins from the C1ADMIN folder into their proper places in your local DEFAULT install of ConsoleOne.
The batch file could easily be modified to your setups, like ConsoleOne being installed on your D drive instead of the C drive.
Download the snapins.bat file here: snapins.zip
