Problem: How to do a fast install of GroupWise support packs (for instance: you have a lot of servers to do this for).

Solution: Use the /copyonly switch. This copies only the nlm's and other necessary files, leaving your config file intact. Run the agents install from a dos/cmd box or create a shortcut, adding the /copyonly parameter to the install in the shortcut.
