|manage multiple accounts in multiple windows|
If you work with more than your own GroupWise account (using the Proxy feature), then you know how much of a pain it can be switching back and forth between the various accounts.
Let's take a look at a great feature which allows you to have more than one GroupWise window open at a time.
|open a new main window|
From the GroupWise main window, click Window > New Main Window.
This opens a second main window. Now, click Online above your name in the Folder List and choose the account in which you want to work.
You may notice, on the title bar and task bar, the Proxy person's name is now listed. This helps you know in which account you are currently working.
You can open as many new main windows as you need in order to work efficiently. When you are done, just close the extra windows until you are back to only 1 main window.
The only downside to using this feature is the possible confusion of too many windows open at once. Pay close attention to which account you are working within, and your GroupWise-life should be GREAT!
