|duplicating posted appointments|
Posted Appointments are items which you placed into your own calendar, not ones which you sent or received. Sometimes you may want to post the same item on multiple days (i.e. a vacation or a recurring event), but you already created the initial item. These items can easily be copied to additional days without recreating them from scratch. Just follow these 3 easy steps.
- Locate the item that you want to duplicate.
- Hold down the CTRL button on your keyboard.
- Click and drag the item to another date in the calendar.
You will notice an icon with a + above it, indicating that it will be copied instead of moved. Be sure to let go of the mouse button before the CTRL button or it will move it instead.
This feature works in the Day and Week views, as well as Appointments, Notes (Reminder Notes) and Tasks views.
