Have you ever wished that you could insert a Word document or some other text form into the body of your e-mail without doing a cut/paste?
Click in the body of your message, so the cursor is there and press F11 on the keyboard. This opens the Retrieve window. Simply navigate to the location of your text file and double-click the file. It will insert the file into the body of your e-mail. NOTE: You must compose in Plain Text mode.
I am the administrator for blocked e-mails. I get requests to release a blocked mesage. I have a folder with a dozen Word documents that are all different replies. This makes it incredibly easy to click the reply I want and send the message. No typing!
