This gadget has been updated to not only allow you to create lists for NIMS, but also to modify lists, and even delete lists. If you delete a list, then an email is sent to each list member to let them know the list has been deleted.
You may have a need to always have a particular user as a member of the list. This gadget will assign that user and then, if the user is also a NIMS user, will create rules for messages from that list to be routed to a folder with the same name as the list. You could then use something like Mhonarc to generate HTML off of the archived user's mailbox.
After installing this gadget, since there are some supporting JAR files, you will have to restart NPS.
