I thought others may find this useful. It is an IE Settings ADM file we created for use in ZENworks or with Group Policies.

INETSETZx (where x is a version number) exposes items like:
Home page, Proxy Settings, Security Zone Settings, Display Settings....etc.

Works with Win9x, NT, W2K, WinXP - but is definitely AS IS...
