Details
Using ConsoleOne, run a mailbox/library maintenance with content check with collecting statistics. After your check has finished and you receive the log file, copy this log file to a temp directory.
Start MBOXSTAT.EXE and select the log file you saved. The tool will create a file called MBOXSTAT.LOG and you can open this file with Excel.
Alternative you can run MBOXSTAT.EXE in batch mode. USAGE: mboxstat [inputfile] [outputfile]

- UserID
- FID
- UserDB Bytes
- Fullname
- Inbox
- Outbox
- Wastebasket
- Disk Space in KB
- Threshold %
- Mailboxsize in KB

- Worked for me --("could not create!"). GW 6.5, gwchk32.log was over 11MB. Maybe that had something to do with it----->Need to specify the output file name also.

- It would be great if it agreed with the results of "Tools - Check Mailbox Size" from within the Groupwise 6 client.
