NWRights is a command line driven tool for displaying, assigning, backing up and restoring trustee rights.
Its syntax is designed to be as close to the syntax of rights.exe as possible. Long file names are also supported.
A help file readme.html is included with the NLM.

- Great, found it very usefull
- Great tool.. we've been using it to migrate file rights to a new tree, that has a different volume structure then the old one. If you have lots of objects to manage file rights for.. this tool is a great help.
