Details
This is a very simple Wrapper .exe for the ZENworks 4 Remote Control utility.
I wrote this program because I found it difficult to use both ConsoleOne and other programs on Cool Tools.
Our Company has come from a past of using VNC Viewer, and everybody is used to supplying their IP address. It is exceedingly simple, you type in the IP address as you would in VNC viewer and then press [ENTER].
The Zen Remote control utility is then launched and uses NDS credentials and Zen Remote Control policies.

- Never could get it to work.
- Works great for me - much quicker & easier than having to open & negotiate ConsoleOne.. Care must be taken in getting the tree & exe path correct in the settings.reg file for it to work - the doubled backslashes ( \\ ) won't do it...
- Works great here. Goodbye C1!
- Working perfectly here!!! No dramas at all with installation after altering settings.reg
- Läuft einwandfrei ohne Probleme. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!! (Runs perfectly without problems. Very recommendable!!!!)
- Awsome tool.. I was trying to make this faster, not requiring the entire consoleone directory to run. This exposed a security issue in my tree. If rclaunch is copied out of consoleone's folder and placed on its own and the wrapper configured to run against this it may open all workstations in that container to allow anyone to remote control any machine with out rights. Make sure the container in which you have your workstations does NOT have the [all attributes right]-[write] inheritable to itself. This would allow the workstation object to have all the rights it needs to control any other workstation in that container. The user could be stripped down and the wrapper will use the workstation object to perform the connection.
