GWQuoting is a replacement for the default GroupWise quoting behaviour. The GroupWise behaviour of quoting the original email when replying is replaced by internet-style quoting.

GWQuoting works both for plain text and HTML formatted emails. It won't bother you with additional dialogs and can, if you wish, permanently replace the GroupWise quoting style.

It is absolutely free and features a configuration dialog allowing you to switch it on and off on demand. (In the GroupWise Client go to "Tools", there you will find "Configure Quoting" which allows you to switch it on or off.)

Kurzbeschreibung:
GWQuoting ist ein Add-on für GroupWise, das das Zitierverhalten (quoting) für Emails in GroupWise ersetzt. Statt des in GroupWise üblichen Top-Quoting zitiert GWQuoting Emails im Internet-Stil.

GWQuoting funktioniert sowohl im HTML- als auch im Rich-Text/Nur-Text-Modus. GWQuoting verändert ausschließlich das Quoting-Verhalten, und fügt keine zusätzlichen Buttons oder Dialoge ein, die Sie in ihrer Arbeit einschränken. Wenn Sie es wünschen, kann das GroupWise Zitierverhalten permanent abgelöst werden.

GWQuoting ist absolut kostenlos und kann über einen Konfigurationsdialog in GroupWise an- und ausgeschaltet werden.

• Ahhh.... Finally. I've been wanting this forever. Wonder how the non standard quoting ended up in GW in the first place :-). As they write in the faq for nanae ( http://www.techhouse.org/~lou/spamlore/nanaefaq.htm ) --- CUT HERE --- Do not post your answer at the top of the quoted posting. Most viewers read from top to bottom and will miss the flow and context of the discussion if they read your answer before they read the previous poster's question. If you do add your comments to the very top of a quoted message, you will be razzed as a "Top Poster" and you might be razzed as a Microsoft-centric lemming since Microsoft products encourage non-standard top-posting.
