Novell Cool Solutions: Cool Tool

Digg This - Slashdot This

In Brief

Helps when debugging NSL login scripts by letting you see the actual text that is being placed into the password fields (rather than the usual asterisk).

When creating NSL scripts, it's not always clear whether NSL is putting the username/password/other variable into the correct fields. With this tool, you can see in plain text what data is being put where. Just drag the Revelation cursor over the password field and what's hidden behind the asterisk will be revealed. See the above screenshot example from the myrealbox.com login page, where you can see the password of "thisismypassword" in text.
