    GWBiz::Calendar provides an Enterprise Calendar Management solution for GroupWise, providing an intuitive GUI for posting appointments & notes to the calendars of GroupWise Users (entire Domains, Post Offices, or selected users) in a single action.

    You may invoke Auto-accept so users don't have to accept the calendar items, and even choose whether the item appears as sent from the Admin account - or as a posted item (i.e. from the user her/himself).

    GWBiz::Calendar provides an intuitive & powerful solution for managing Enterprise Calendars: National Holidays, Company/Department Events, etc. can now simply appear in the users' calendars.

    Centrally Posting Appointments & Notes

    Using GWBiz::Calender is easy and intuitive - simply follow these steps:

    • First select the targets (Domains, Post Offices, or Users) for the Calendar Item/s;

    • Then select the item's date from the displayed calendar, & if it is an Appointment or Note;

    • Select whether to send the calendar item from:

      1. The Admin's Account - the event will be sent from the GWCommander's account
      2. The User's Account - the event will appear as a Posted Item (i.e. from the user)

    • Next select Start- and End-time (for Appointments only)

    • Select whether to Auto-Accept the item in users' calendars (items will appear on users' calendar without first being received in their mailbox pending acceptance)

    • Enter Subject, Place (for Appointments only), and message text

    • Click Add Event (adds item/event to the Events List) - multiple items can be defined and then posted in a single operation.

    GWBiz::Control consists of GWBiz::Calendar & GWBiz::Proxy to provide a Collaboration Management Tool that lets you manage Enterprise Proxy Rights & Enterprise Calendars easily and efficiently - without end users having to accept each & every change.

    GWBiz::Control and GWBiz::TreeCast provide Collaboration Management for GroupWise®.
