This tool is for: Windows 98, 2000, XP
This app runs virtually silent waiting for a specified time to perform a forced shut down, restart, or log off of the workstation. It can give the user a 5 minute warning countdown if you choose and it will almost always perform the selected task even if the workstation is locked or the user has any number of applications open. Save on your power bill!
Uses command line options. Syntax is listed by running the app without any options.

- Also see a utility named poweroff.exe by Jorgen Bosman. Very powerfull and works just fine deployed through zenworks.
- This tool seems to work under far more circumstances than other similar tools.
