- Copy the shell script in your AIX machine.
- Edit the script & provide the below mentioned information :--
# Path for the log file (Path & Name of the log file where it will log the statistics)
# Process Name (Process for which you want to collect the statistics)
# interval in seconds (Interval between the consecutive 2 Polls) - run this command :--
sh aix-toptool.sh
or
sh aix-toptool.sh & (to run it in the background)
