Synchronizes ZEN Application object Application Dependencies from a command line. May be used to compliment RLACOPY or ZfS 3.0.2.

Note: Reads the 'zenappChainedApplications' attribute from the parent application object to determine the chain and synchronizes the chain based on the relative path to the child application objects.
