Goal: To correct UTF-8 filenames on NSS filesystems which have been corrupted due to a mismatch in 8-bit codepage settings on server ("cpwrong")and client ("cpright"). ( Can also be used on other Linux Filesystems)

USAGE: convmv [options] FILE(S)
options include:

 --fromcp   source code page
 --tocp     destination code page
