I used to struggle with an odd time sync glitch. My server would lose time sync 10 minutes after booting my server. I went through various tids and solutions but couldn't seem to find the way to fix it.
The problem would occur whenever I would upgrade eDirectory, and it only happened with a Compaq Proliant ML530 GII series server.
SOLUTION: Finally I removed the timesync.cfg file and recreated it by using default options.
Problem resolved.
