Ever wanted to change your Login screen bitmap without having to hack the registry? I have attached a utility that will do exactly that. It will display any existing custom bitmaps allowing you to select another bitmap or remove the custom bitmap completely. The standard size is 452X113x16M but you can increase the height. The width does not resize at all.
