Automatic Workstation after Upgrading

I found that Automatic Workstation would not work after I upgraded from ZfD 3.2 sp1 to ZfD 4.
The server log looked like this:

java.lang.StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: -1

SOLUTION: The problem was that some java files did not get upgraded. So I did the following to get it to work:
- Rename the java folder sys:java\ to javaold
- Reinstall workstation import. Now there is a new java folder, copy these files to javaold, delete the new java folder, rename javaold back to java.
- Restart ZfD. Now it should work.
Note: I had the same problem to get ZfD snapins to get upgraded to ZfD4. I had to have a clean ConsoleOne, and installed the new snapins there.
