The problem:
After we installed eDirectory in our NetWare 5.1 shop, the ARCserve job queue appeared to disappear. It looks like the installation process deleted the queue. (ARCserve 6.6 single, Enterprise and 7.0)
The solution:
Keep your job and cover your ... bases by recreating the ARCserve job queue. Remembering to do this will most likely keep your system admins out of trouble and your system files backed up.
