Most of my email is internal and I need to let them know I am away. But for external email, I don't need a reply. I also don't want to reply to info sent out to lists. So here is what I use:
Copy Type = To
From [] !*.*
The "." in From means that it will not reply to any Internet mail, i.e. anything that has a "." in the From field. In fact, I can add specific people there as well, like those who know I am away:
From [] !*.* & !smith & !jones
