If you have GroupWise Mailbox Management enabled with administrator rights, the Resource Mailbox feature enables you to manage mailbox settings and objects that belong to the selected resource. Descriptions of administrative options for each tab in the Resource Mailbox configuration are provided below:
In the GroupWise Administration Console > Resources, click a resource.
Click Resource Mailbox from the buttons at the top to see and manage the resource’s mailbox.
Categories: You can add or delete the resource’s categories.
Folders: You can manage the selected resource’s folders, which includes renaming, editing the description, deleting non-static folders, and creating new folders.
Personal Address Books: You can view the resource’s personal address books and modify contact information in the address books. You can also export the resource’s personal address book.
Personal Signatures: You can enable or disable the selected resource’s signature, create and delete signatures, set a signature as the default, and set the signature to be automatically added, or if the resource is prompted to add its signature.
Proxies: You can view, modify, delete proxies, and create new proxies for the resource.
Rules: You can add, edit, or delete the resource’s rules and create or edit its Out of Office rule.
Shared Address Books: You can view and manage the resource’s shared address books and modify contact information in the address books.
Shared Calendars: You can view and manage the calendars the resource has shared and those that have been shared with the resource.
Shared Folders: You can view and manage the folders the resource has shared and those that have been shared with the resource.
Statistics: You can view detailed information about the resource’s mailbox.
