Change the name, discount percentage, and costs visibility |
-
In the field, specify the new name.
The name should be different than any other business group name.
Changing the business group name does not affect the relationship of other objects (such as users and workload templates) with the group. The new group name is included only with business services requested after the name change.
-
In the field, select the discount percentage to apply to the group’s business services.
The new discount is applied only to new or changed business services, and to existing business services that have no end date (per the Workload Updates schedule).
-
In the field, select to allow group members to see cost information for workloads. Select to prevent group members from seeing cost information.
If you hide costs for the group, you can override the setting on group members’ user accounts to enable selected group members (such as the group sponsor) to view costs. For information, see Section 18.2, Modifying a User’s Information.
