Table 12-1 Using the System Services dialog

Field, Option, or Button

Information and/or Action

Available System Services:

  • SSH: This displays the status of the appliance’s SSH service.

  • Jetty: This is the Jetty service that is running on the appliance. Click Download to access the jetty.stderrout.out file.

  • Content Editor: This is the Content Editor service that is running on the appliance. Click Download to access the Content Editor log file.

  • Action drop-down

  • Use this to start, stop, or restart the selected service.

    Before doing any of these, make sure you understand how your action will affect the appliance.

  • Options drop-down

  • Use this to set the selected service to start automatically or require a manual start.

  • Refresh List

  • Click this if the information displayed is outdated.
