1.2 Monitoring the Mobility Connector

When you install the Data Synchronizer Mobility Pack, the Mobility Connector starts automatically. You can monitor its functioning by using Synchronizer Web Admin.

  1. Access Synchronizer Web Admin at the following URL:

    https://data_synchronizer_server:8120

    Replace data_synchronizer_server with the IP address or DNS hostname of the Synchronizer server.

  2. Specify the Synchronizer administrator user name (such as admin) and password that were established during installation, then click Login.

    The connectors should display a status of Running.

  3. If the Mobility Connector is not running, refer to Section A.0, Mobility Connector Troubleshooting for assistance.
