E.3 February 18, 2004 Release

This release contains the version of the libraries that shipped with NetWare 6.5 SP1, NetWare 6.0 SP4, and NetWare 5.1 SP7.

It contains a major restructuring of the library, to increase support for POSIX standards and to provide a more UNIX-like separation between kernel-space and user-space programming.
